The history and mission of the Civil Air Patrol

We're excited to host 1st Lt Samantha Hathaway and 2nd Lt Amber Labay from the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) at Ellington Air Force Base for an informative talk on the history and purpose of the CAP during our weekly lunch meeting at Alvin Rotary. Please note that lunch is available for purchase at $15.00 per person, and RSVPs are kindly requested by the Tuesday prior to the event to secure a seat.
