  1. President Mark Showalter called the meeting to order at 7:00 AM.
  1. The minutes from the November Board meeting was approved as submitted.
  1. Treasurer’s Report – The financial statements were reviewed and approved as presented.  Little change from previous months.  The club is still in good financial shape.  Budget updated for Jan-March Quarter.  Shine-a-light funds changed to $10,000.
  1. Bingo Oversight – Little change from previous month.  We are not yet open, but have been preparing for opening.  Continue using reserves for ongoing expenses.  Will be developing a plan for funds when we re-open.
  1. Foundation Committee – Currently reconciling the previous fundraisers.  We raised $15,000 from the elf elections. 
  1. International Service Committee – Global Grant are going great.  Tepic still moving forward with RI reviewing.
  1. Special Projects Committee – On holding pattern at this time.
  1. Youth Services – No request.  Provided Holiday goodie bags to boys and girls club.  Will not have a RYLA or mini-RYLA this year because of covid.  Likely will not award scholarships this year, unless club comes up with some funds.
  1. Club Service – Nothing to report.  Emailing Rotarians to stay in touch.
  1. Community Service – Had a successful food drive for Union Gospel.
  1. Vocational Education – Continue working of Rotarians to discuss career with students. 
  1. Membership – Should we conduct another member survey early in 2021.  We are looking at attendance to Zoom meetings and hope to find more ways to engage our members during this pandemic.  Will be kicking off the pilot project in 2021. 
  1. Administrative Assistant – Would like to get pictures of club members doing the work we do so we can publish on facebook and/or clubrunner.
  1. Other business –
    1. Shine a light – 8 tents – $2,900 raised, still working on auction items, contact Julie Wiley to help, be sure we handle logistics correctly this year related to contributions and IRS letters
    2. Other fundraisers – Need to look at ways to raise funds.  Each committee has been doing some internal raising of funds for small projects.  Need to think outside of Bingo and look at some unique ways to raise money.
