West U Rotary golf tournament

Our 27th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on April 17th, benefitting Second Servings. Second Servings is a food rescue company founded in 2015 by Barbara Bronstein.  Second Servings have rescued over 10 million pounds of food, saved it from going to the landfill, and fed many very needy charities throughout Houston.

To help Second Servings continue its mission, we have named them to be the beneficiary of our annual Golf Tournament.  It's costing approximately $50,000 annually to operate, fuel, and maintain a fleet of 5 refrigerated vans.  I know many of you have volunteered and see the benefit of what this non-profit is doing.
