On Saturday, May 1, as part of the District wide Rotary Day of Service, four members of our club installed some of the storm water inlet markers as part of our "save the environment" District Grant Project.
The markers alert people not to dump anything into the sewer ("nothing but rain down the drain"). Frabk, Jim, Alan and Dave enjoyed some sunshine as we glued the markers to the concrete. The project will be completed in 2 weeks with the aid of Boy Scout Troop 267 from West Hempfield Township. It is partially funded from a Rotary District 7390 Grant, and was organized in coordination with West Hempfield Township officials.
