Doug Arndt, Host

Roxanna Gapstur is CEO of Methodist Hospital, joining Park Nicollet in 2006. In addition to her hospital role, she is also the Senior Vice President of hospice, homecare and geriatrics for Health Partners amd has previously served as Chief Nursing Officer. Her leadership has been recognized within the health care community, being named a Top 35 Women in Healthcare Leader Award by Minnesota Women’s Health Leadership Trust in 2014.

Gapstur received her undergraduate nursing degree from St. Catherine’s University, and holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She received her PhD with a focus in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
