The Food Fundraising Has been Decided!
The committee met after the Wayzata Rotary meeting. The meal aspect for the series has been agreed to. WRC will be selling a hotdog basket, root beer floats, and beer/wine at the event.
The club will not be asking members to sell raffle tickets as in previous years, however, if any members are able to help attract sponsor for the event, please let Shelley or Lynn Groll know. A sponsorship flyer will be available for members to share in the next couple of weeks. The fundraising goal is set for $15,000.
Members will also be encouraged to attend the evening events and help man the grills, and help sell the food and beverage items. We will be providing Rotary aprons!
