Integrated Leadership Systems - Mario Rodriguez

Mario works with companies to turn emotions into insights and how organizational psychologists look at workplace behaviors and resolve issues within organizations.  He shared with us how to be authentic in leadership, how to use emotions effectively, how fear plays a role in each persons journey to become a more effective leader, and about creating a personal mission, vision, and values. Mario says fear is one of the biggest issues underlying tension and resistance in the workplace and he helps teams set boundaries, be assertive, and be authentic.  He enjoys helping clients redirect their fear and turn it into passion.  
Some key concepts: It is ok to be real, authentic, and to share challenges with your team. Emotional regulation and communication are core issues he sees with all clients and works to create.
