Aleesha Webb currently is the President of Village Bank – a Twin Cities Community Bank. Spending her entire career in banking, starting as a teller and quickly rising
through the ranks, Aleesha runs a successful and growing business. With 20 years of industry experience, she knows running a successful bank is more than focusing on the
numbers. Aleesha is focused on the people behind the numbers – the clients. Her vision is to shape the future of community banking. She plans to do this by keeping banking
personal, local, and providing products that benefits customers creating economic stability in the community Village Banks serves. Previously, Aleesha was a Senior Vice President at Sunrise Bank and Vice President at Minnesota Bank & Trust. Aleesha holds her Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has her MBA in Finance and Management and her Bachelor of Science from the University of St. Thomas. She also serves on multiple boards including ModernWell and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities. She’s been recognized for her many accomplishments by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a Women in Business 2018, by Finance & Commerce as a Top Woman in Finance 2017, and by Minnesota Business magazine as a (Real) Power 50 2016.
