KIDS Cambodia

Feeding Dreams Cambodia is a grassroots community school offering free and sustainable education programs for poor children and young adults in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Feeding Dreams educates students from kindergarten to advanced levels in English literacy, math, computer skills, sports, health and hygiene and environmental studies. They also offer a vocational training program and job placement for young adults. A daily, on-site hot nutritious meal is also provided to students, providing vital nourishment. Kids International Development Society (KIDS) has been supporting this life-changing program for many years.

During COVID-19, the computer lab that KIDS funded many years ago, lost all its computers as they were destroyed by ants, during the shutdown. The Rotary Club of Nanaimo funded new computers and the students are now back taking their classes. The teacher and students extended their deep appreciation and are very happy.

Thanks to the new computers, three classes a day are up and running. Young people, who would not be able to learn computer skills, are now able to learn and improve their futures.
