Virtual Journey 2021

The Rotary Club of Nanaimo is hosting a virtual cross-Canada journey starting April 1. We are walking, cycling, running, hiking, and more to make our virtual way to St. John's, Newfoundland, before June 30. To make this journey even more special for Rotarians, we are doing it in honour of Jennifer E. Jones who will be the first woman to be President of Rotary International when she steps into the role on July 1, 2022. As part of this celebration, we will be aiming to raise $5,000 for the Rotary Foundation. Participation is easy – we are managing the journey so all you have to do is cover your registration fee ($12 CAD), join our journey, and do your favourite physical activities to help us get to our collective destination - St. John's!
