Sunrise Rotarians have the unique opportunity to be the guest of CABI Congregation Ahavath Beth Israel for an evening of tour, information, friendship, and food! During the tour the movie “The Big Move” will be viewed, members of the congregation will share their knowledge about Judaism, and answer questions about tradition, and customs. After the tour the Rotarians and guests will join in a no host dinner at Luciano’s on 11 N Orchard St.

Ahavath Beth Israel’s building was moved in 2003 from State and 11th Streets in downtown Boise to a 5-acre campus at 11 North Latah Street. The move was done by the CM Company; which, is owned by the Sunrise Rotarian Dennis Robinson. The structure was originally built in 1896, making it the oldest synagogue still in operation West of the Mississippi river.

Mark you calendars for January 31st at 6pm, and plan to join us for a great evening of fun, information, and friendship!
