Genesis Community Health is a grant recipient from Boise Sunrise
Genesis Community Health, located in Garden City, has a vision to provide access to health care and a path to well-being for every person in our community. They strive to provide transitional primary health care as well as social and spiritual support, to low income, uninsured individuals in Idaho’s Treasure Valley at no cost. Genesis achieves this through equitable partnerships with like-minded individuals, organizations, local governments and community leaders that partner together to enable and provide this care. The providers utilize models of empowerment that create sustainable change in participating individuals or communities. They continue to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and communicating results.
The grant from the Rotary Club of Boise Sunrise will be utilized to upgrade the plumbing in the dental clinic available to those served. Genesis takes pride in partnering with local providers to give the best, most up-to-date care to our fellow community members in need. Oral health is a key component of the overall health of the body. Boise Sunrise is proud to support Genesis Community Health in changing lives and leaving it better than they found it.
