This committee is responsible for the publication of the annual Valley Faces of Business. IN current years, we have joined with Midlleton and Wolfville to expand the reach of the publication.

In October 2017, we successfully published the 14th edition of the Valley Faces of Business. Throughout the years, this major fundraising project has helped raise over $600,000 in net funds which support the charitable work of the Rotary Clubs in our community and internationally.  We sincerely appreciate the involvement of businesses like yours who participate in our publication.

Profits received from the publication, thanks to our local business community advertisement contributions, have helped support a number of initiatives including:

  • Youth scholarship & bursary programs
  • Support for adults with disabilities
  • Town of Kentville's Minor Marsh Project in conjunction with Ducks Unlimited
  • Kings Mutual Century Centre
  • International projects
  • Operation Eyesite, a program supporting local eye doctors, educators and community leaders in their efforts to fight blindness in South Asia and Africa
  • Rotary International's program to eliminate polio worldwide
  • Contributions to Valley Hospital and Valley Hospice Foundation

We're working on our 15th edition of the Valley Faces of Business, which will be distributed in October 2018.  Our sales campaign begins in May and we hope your business will consider placing an ad and supporting Rotary at the same time.

Your business benefits from:

  • A full colour professional photo of your staff which allows your customers and potential new customers to be exposed to both your front line and behind the scenes staff.  Your photo is laid out with your logo and business contact information
  • 35,000 copies of the Yearbook are printed and distributed to households and businesses from Windsor to Middleton.
