DESCRIPTION:Join the Rotary Club of Kentville for our Annual Chicken BBQ Fu
 ndraiser to support the End Polio Now Campaign September 26\, 5:30pm for 6
 :00pm.  Joe and Susan Ueffing are opening their home at 1624 Gospel Woods
  Road\, Canning for this event. Rotary International has been working to e
 radicate polio globally for over 45 years. Today\, polio remains endemic i
 n Pakistan and Afganistan\, and variant polio outbreaks threaten the progr
 ess we have made against the disease. As long as polio exists anywhere\, i
 t is a threat to children everywhere. We'll be serving a barbecued chicken
  dinner prepared by the Centreville Baptist Church.  You'll learn about t
 he current state of the End Polio Now campaign and as always enjoy fellows
 hip with fellow Rotarians and friends. Please register by September 14.  
 The cost for the event is $50 with net proceeds supporting the End Polio N
 ow campaign.  Please etransfer your payment to Karen Corey\, karen@vermeu
 lenfarms.com.   If you don't eat chicken\, make a note in the comments s
 ection.  We will have a vegetarian option available. This is a BYO(Everyt
 hing) event.  Please bring dishes\, cutlery\, etc. and the beverage of yo
 ur choice.  We realize some people will be joining our event after the co
 nference and from outside the area.  We will have paper plates and additi
 onal supplies should anyone need them.  We'll also have a 50/50 draw duri
 ng the evening $5 per ticket\, 3 tickets for $10 and an armslength for $20
