Rotarian Ernie Williams gifted a Paul Harris Fellow award to his wife, Vanessa Williams. A Paul Harris Fellow is given in appreciation to anyone who contributes, outright or cumulatively – or in whose name is contributed – a gift of US$1,000 or more to the Annual Programs Fund, PolioPlus, PolioPlus Partners or the Humanitarian Grants program.
