Thanksgiving Baskets will be assembled and delivered on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at A&M Church of Christ. Starting a 7:00 AM thru 11:00 AM.
Each November the Rotary Club of Aggieland partner’s with HEB, TAMU Sororities, Brazos County Sheriff, Bryan and College Station Police Department, TAMU Fraternities, Aggieland Church of Christ, Morning Star Storage, Readfield’s Meats and many more to assemble and deliver Thanksgiving meals that each feed 6 to 8 people. Last year we delivered 470 baskets, with a lot of help! This year will mark our 22 year delivering food to the less fortunate in the Brazos Valley. We would love to have your help! Could you please let your staff, family and friends know about helping our community this Thanksgiving? Below we have listed the sites you can go to sign up for deliveries or help assemble.

As with last year, we have six “15 minute” shifts. The first shift starts at 8:00AM and the last at 9:15AM. There are around 20 delivery driver spots per shift.

- Obtain delivery truck and pick up dry goods from HEB
- Dry goods staging
- Box assembly
Saturday November 21, 2020 - A&M Church of Christ
- Deliver truck to pick up turkeys from HEB
- Bring coffee for volunteers
- Bring donuts for volunteers
- Thanksgiving basket assembly
- Thanksgiving basket loading
- Traffic control
