Alysa Sakis, the Kindness Counts chair shared cute messages of appreciation made with sidewalk chalk by Rotarians, in support of our Recology  sanitation workers
Other acts of kindness that were recognized included:
--31 blood donors at Stanford  who were given Kind bars
--Seema Lindskog, co-founder of Masks for Heroes, who sourced, fund-raised and sewed 5000 n-99 masks for needy recipients (including farmworkers) and Meenakshi Briyani, who  was one of more than 50 volunteers who helped!
-- Jeera  Rowland and Judy Wilson who creatively invented a “travelogue” program (on zoom) to share with isolated seniors at Live Oak. The program focused on travel slides from the many WCS service trips that CR’s have made around the world (featuring our many spectacular photographers!)
Joe Ribera”s travelogue (presented to Sunnyview residents) featured his travels as a watercolorist)
--Varty Stein, who sent pizza to the Sheriff  station as a gesture of appreciation for the support they give to our community.
