The St. Valentine's Day Massacre

 

Lisa Gentilcore is Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the FBI's San Francisco Field Office. Ms. Gentilcore joined the FBI on October 24, 1999 and began her career as a Special Agent in the San Francisco Division investigating counterintelligence matters. Her investigations included technology transfer and economic espionage cases. She was the lead case agent on the Supervision case which culminated in the first economic espionage conviction in history. 

From 2000 to 2007, Ms. Gentilecore was a member and Assistant Team Leader of the San Francisco Evidence Response team. She deployed to Fresh Kills Landfill following 9/11, the crash of American Airlines 587 and the bombing at Chiron in Emeryville, CA among other crime scenes. 

In 2006, Ms. Gentilcore was promoted to Supervisory Special Agent in the Counterintelligence Division at FBI Headquarters. She became the Senior Supervisory Resident Agent in the Palo Altos Resident Agency in 2007, where she supervised economic espionage and technology transfer cases. She was promoted to her current position in May, 2014.

In addition to her time in San Francsico and FBI Headquarters, Ms. Gentilcore has served in a temporary capacity in the Iraqi Theatre of Operations in 2004 and in Pretoria, South Africa in October 2007.

Ms. Gentilcore is married; her spouse is also an agent. They have a four year old son.
