Animal Therapy at Live Oak Adult Day Care

Community Service AOS is Sponsoring a LIVE Animal Assisted Happiness visit at Live Oak Adult Day Care Center: 

20920 McClellan Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014 (at St. Jude's Church).

 

Up to 15 Rotarians may volunteer to sit with a Senior client to assist with the animal visit.  We will be indoors with small animals. 

 

You will need to sign a waiver form in advance that I will send to those who sign up to help.

Please wear a face mask.
