Program

Chris began the club assembly:
  • It’s been a challenging year but we have rallied and done a good job transitioning to virtual.
  • Mike G: been keeping the minutes of the board up to date! It’s boring, but good to learn and someone’s gotta do it!
  • Tony N.  looking forward to moving up through the chain
  • Treasurers report. We have $21985.12 in the club account (incl. polio funds). Our net club cash is over $19,000+. We are doing very well. All bills are paid. Budget wise we are 253.99 ahead of our project budget through the end of the year. We look to project a minimal overage. In the beginning of June we will be charged $25 room fee…we are going to continue to review and look at options and keep an eye on COVID progress.
  • Bill S, membership update. Great committee (it’s everyone!). we have added 4 new members, currently at 51 members.
  • Nate R. our attendance is still hovering around the 70-75% mark. We have six members on LOA.
  • Jennifer S., community service has been different this year! We have involved lots of people who spearhead specific projects. We were able to do a few projects this year even during the pandemic.
  • Nancy D.  provided a power point with the Foundation’s accomplishments. Remaining funds 16000 domestic and 2000 international.
  • Chris Carr is looking into some social ideas…it’s hard right now but he’s open to ideas.
  • Chris R., RI Foundation…we are making great progress and many of our members contribute on a monthly basis. He is confident we will make our $25,000 goal.
  • Mark Marlin talked about the upcoming programs and cool ideas to engage with people and entertainment. Patty will send out the information to distribute.
  • Mark Magney….everything is on hold.
  • Mark Forsberg: great committee, looking for great ideas!
  • Alexa, P R Update.
