Program

Louise Segreto of ThreeRivers Park District. ThreeRivers Park District is a special park district serving the surburban areas of Hennepin, Carver, Dakota and Scott counties.  She explained that the group’s mission is to promote environmental stewardship through recreation and education in a natural resources-based park system. The 3 rivers referred to via the name of the park district are: the Mississippi River, the Minnesota River and the Crow River. 2024 is the “big year of bugs”, which involves several events and programs to explore bugs.
