  • Kathy - Promotion flyer for the golf tournament
  • Nancy - Foundation meeting at The Moline
  • Christine - Resource West news
  • Chris R. - gave out Paul Harris awards to Nancy Davis
  • Kathy - talked about what a club president does. She shared that a person does not need to be a Rotary expert. Serving as a Committee Chair helps. Also, thanked Nancy Davis.
Raffle
 
  • Ben - won raffle, but lost the card draw. $38 to rollover.
Happy Bucks
 
  • Happy Member #1 - saw Hamilton, the play, in San Francisco
  • Bill - had family home for July 4th
  • Ben - lunch with Lenny
  • Jerrold - Golden Valley Collision Center. Open house next week. With ice cream truck!
  • Tricia - had a funny job interview with a guy whose hair was sticking up in the back.  Canditate did not get the job. 
  • Regina- happy to be at Rotary.
  • Jim - son has new job.
  • Mac - joked about being the most responsible person at his table. 
  • Bob  - thankful for finding his roots in the Czech Republic & Croatia.
  • Happy Member #2 - golden anniversary 50 years of marriage.

  • Chris R.  - Club achieved goal of $30,000 for the Foundation.
  • Happy Member #3 -  elected to chair position
  • Christine - thanks for Stacy & family, her health - no surgery

  • Happy Member #5 - thankful for batteries - he depends on his pacemaker batteries.

Program
 
  • Matt Thompson - Director or Wayzata Sailing.  Matt presented several pictures and described his history with sailing, his parents, his brother, the sailing club's history, the club's old and new building and, most importantly, his pride in the club serving hundreds of students to introduce them to sailing. He described the multi use nature of the clubs new home on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.
