Thirteen years in recovery and a strategic consultant in the behavioral healthcare industry. Currently serves as the VP on the Board of Directors for MARRCH, MN premier professional association for substance use disorder treatment providers, and as the Membership Director on the Board of Directors for the National Speakers Assoc., MN Chapter.
His purpose is to create hope in the world of addiction and recovery. Twelve years of addiction had him defeated. His father died of cirrhosis’s of the liver at age 39. His childhood was chaotic. Although he is bright he floundered and substances brought calm into his life.
In MN there are 127 addiction facilities that in 2021 dealt with 365 Million in uncompensated care due to the slow timing of insurance reimbursement.
In 2021 over 250,000 deaths due to addiction.
Facilities deal with cash flow management and revenue management.
Revenue management is relationship, technology and data, earnings to cash; getting insurance companies to pay faster (i.e. 15 days instead of 100 days}.
