Links and Libations Fundraiser Preparation
Anne W. - check in is at 1:30 and tee off is 2:30, food starts around 5:00 and we should be done around 8:00. The goal is 28K that equates to $500 per person.
Cathy C. and Patty S. - Silent auction update. We have lots of items this year, this may be the best year to date for auction items.
Chris R. and Alexa R. - Sponsorship info. So far we have $20,050 in sponsor money, $3500 in golfer money, coming in at just under 24K before the event.
Bob H. - Golfing. 80 is the preferred max attendance as of now we have 76 signed up to play.
Mac H. - Registration. As of now everything is ready to go.
Jerald S. and Mike G. - Raffle. 618 tickets have been sold so far and we have lots more to sell. Be sure to turn in all unused tickets by the drawing on Wednesday.
Cathy C. - Food. The food is good to go and will be ready by 5:00. Besure to invite people for just the food portion if golf is not their thing.
Alexa R. - Media. A FaceBook ad went out so be sure to like and share it when you see it. Sam S. will be taking photos this year so be sure to smile if you see him.
Darlyne E. - will sell socks during the event.
