"Leading Thru Chaos." Leadership Experiment. 2022- are we going to pass or fail Leadership Experiment? Business sector trains to avoid chaos, military trains to accept chaos.

Views Leadership as a Blade. Butterknife Leaders (spread things around, dull blade). Sword Leaders (sharp, put blade in heat, pound it, cool it off). The world needs sharper leaders now more than ever.

Each one of us has a Leadership Bar that can be raised

Need to Unify.

Leadership Definition- clearly outlines destination

Expected traits of leaders
Identity: Mission, Vision, Core Values

Teamwork vs. Groupwork. Groups- focus on individual. Teams- focus on common objectives, going towards the vision/ destination

Priority Goals- set goals.

3 Things: Go into the fire, stay true to their vision, foster a lifestyle of leadership.
