Jerald: 22 days till Links & Libations. 210 Raffle tickets in “his” hands, still a lot in “our” hands. When sell a ticket, tell them what the prizes are , where the $ goes and whom it benefits. All tickets; sold & un-sold need to be turned into Jerald by 6 PM. 9/12/24; prior to the drawing. Next mtg. 5:30 pm, Tuttles, 8/27/24. EVERYONE is welcome.
Mike: goal $50,000. Averages to be $750/per member- many ways; get donations, sell Raffle tickets, sell sponsorships, team baskets, golf, bring guests to dinner & come to dinner. Main way is other People’s $$.
If it rains, we have the course reserved for 9/19/24.
Chris Rosenlund: We are 90% to our sponsorship goal, so far over $26,000. Keep selling, the majority of sponsorship $ goes the “bottom line.” So far 70 golfers, can take 88. Each golfer for $125 shares a cart, get food & Libations.

Cathy and Ann W: Need more gift cards, items and team baskets. Ann will have her Booze basket with; need 10+ more bottles. Will have a whiskey/Bourbon basket, wine baskets & a tequila/rum/vodka basket. When get donations, make sure to fill out donation sheet; yellow to donator & white w/ donation to Cathy @ Rotary or her office.

Bill: so far we have beer from Bearcave, Excelsior, Fat Pants, Chanhassen, Elm Creek, Boom Island & Freehouse. Case of wine from Mac’s Liquors. Chris Carr is going to asl Luceline and Ryan or Chris are asking Back Channel. Can always use more. Any left-overs will be auctioned off at a Rotary mtg.
