Program/Links & Libations - The program was all about our upcoming Links & Libations Gulf Tournaments. Some highlights/discussion points:
Silent Auction (Mac, Cathy, Char and Patti) – Everyone in attendance signed up to participate in a basket. We are asking for three people to help create one themed basket. Basket should have a value of approximately $60. If you were not in attendance, reach out to Cathy Carlson for your basket assignment. We are also asking all club members to help secure other items and gift certificates. When you are visiting your favorite establishment, consider asking for a donation. Items and/or gift certificates would be great. All items secured should be reported to and brought to Cathy Carlson. All gift certificates should be reported to and brought to Patti Sinykin.
The silent auction will be outside this year. If you have tents, let Ann know.
Sponsorships (Alexa and Chris): Sponsorship levels this year are $1000, $500, $300
and $150. Send in all sponsorship information to Chris R. Chris needs to know your sponsorship level and how many golfers you will have. Depending on how many sponsors we have will determine how many individual golfers we can have.
Golf – All registration must be done online ahead of the event. No one can show up the day of. Sign up online! Sign up link is live on the Minnetonka website. Payment will be made at the event itself.
Raffle – Everyone should have their ticket books. If you need more, let Mike or Jerald know. There is a sign up for other rotary clubs to buy tickets. Sell. Sell. Sell! Drawing is right after golf.
