Program

Meeting topic today, The Fundraiser.

Ann W. and others covered lots of topics, in summary;

Cathy C.  - we’re lower on auction items this year. She must have your sheets filled out by next Monday, but you can bring the actual item on the day of the event. Food is all set

Chris R. -  97 golfers, the most ever. $27,000 already in hand with sponsors, but keep asking for additional. The golf is filled, but they can come to eat, drink, and bid on the auction.

Bob H. - with more golfers, we still want to be done by 5:15-5:30. It’s important to have every name, so we can organize the groups, prepare the scorecards.

Look for Alexa’s email with items to tell, and ask, your golfers.

There are 24 electric golf carts and 20 (actually very good quality) pushcarts to rent.

We’re going to try to arrange a list of those who really need the carts, and then the golf desk can check you off when you arrive. Encourage your golfer’s to walk, borrow a push cart, or a lighter bag.

Encourage your people to bring cash for the games.

Mac H. - registration is all set, volunteers in place.

Alexa R. -  I heard 1300 sold? Or is that dollars? Still have plenty left. Stay on the selling.

Bill; there is plenty of beer and wine and water,

Ann; everyone bring a bottle of wine or spirits, pray for sunshine, everyone participate where needed.

It should be a big year this year, golfers and $ (did I just hex it?) You can still bring things and ask for raffle sales and people to come for the beer and food and auction, right up to Thursday.

Golf is closed.
