Lawful gambling, Pros raise money, steady income
Cons, start up cost, theft, difficulty finding site
License qualification $600
Licensing can take 3-6 months with background checks, and non profit status review
Gambling manager required, state taxes, accounting procedures
Currently 2200 licensed facilities, 3300 applications / year
 
Specific guidelines for distribution of net revenue
Site can be gas station, restaurant, brewery, alcohol needs to be served
E pull tabs growing in popularity, needs to be sold along with paper pull tabs
Lawful purpose requirements reviewed every two years or sooner if monthly audits reveal a need.
