Invoices for January-June 2016 dues were sent and payment is due by January 1. There is a link built into the emailed invoice so you need only click on the link in order to be automatically directed to your personal payment page. Please check your email inbox and if you are not seeing it, please check your "spam" folder. Call the Rotary office if you need another copy emailed to you.
Printed copies were mailed to those who have requested that form of invoicing; call the Rotary Office at 409-842-1913 now if you do not have that directive in place.
You are asked to please consider a tax-deductible donation to the Beaumont Rotary Foundation for "Service Above Self" at the same time. Your generous donation helps to fund the many projects of the club in our community. Simply add the extra donation to your dues payment and do so before December 31 if you would like the deduction in 2015.
If you would like to process your payment right away, please click on the image above and you will be automatically directed to the secure payment page. And if you would like to mail your check, please send to:

We thank all who have submitted payment. Your prompt payment saves the office staff a tremendous amount of time to collect delinquent payments. Thank you!
On January 13, the RYLA team and students will be officially welcomed home from their weekend experience and the club will get to hear about it. This is always a great program with a number of guests invited to attend, including the students and parents.
If you can spare a lunch ticket or two in order for us to graciously accommodate these guests, please donate at the January 6 meeting or send to the office at your convenience.
Do you know of a young lady entering the Neches River Festival as a princess in 2016?
If your daughter or granddaughter is a student at a Beaumont school, graduating in May, and planning to take part in the annual NRF festivities, perhaps she could be sponsored by the Rotary Club of Beaumont! Please submit her name by calling the Rotary Office (842-1913.)
Several Rotarians who heard the presentation by Sergeant Ken Carona of the Port Arthur Police Department on December 9 have inquired about how to contact him to arrange for another group to hear his message. His presentation on how to deal with an active shooter situation was certainly one that needs to be repeated at all possible opportunities.
