Justin Stegall is an accomplished engagement professional representing pipeline companies and corporate entities in the public arena for over 20 years. As a member of ExxonMobil Pipeline Company’s Public and Stakeholder Engagement team leading outreach for Operations and Projects across Texas and Louisiana, Justin has brought into service multiple pipeline projects for crude oil, products and CO2. Previously, he spent 12 years at Enbridge with increasing levels of responsibility in both government relations and stakeholder engagement managing assets across 28 states and completing over $10 billion in new pipeline projects.
Justin began his career at the Texas State Capitol in Austin where he was the Legislative Director and oversaw the capitol office for a state representative from west Texas.
Ashling Drew is a seasoned energy industry professional with over 22 years of experience spanning Oil & Gas, Lithium, and now CCS. A geoscience expert with a strong technical foundation, Ashling has led international commercial negotiations and driven strategic business development across diverse global markets. Her multidisciplinary expertise bridges subsurface science with emerging energy transition technologies, positioning her at the forefront of sustainable resource innovation.

Boys and Girls Club
The Rotary Club of Beaumont meeting was led by President Uliana Trylowsky and began with an invocation by Gigi Mazzola, pledges led by Diane Thompson, and introductions by Cheryl Bilyeu. Members were recognized for their efforts in distributing flags for Memorial Day, and the club formally welcomed new member Christian Guillory, executive director of the Barbara Jordan Leadership Institute. Following the club business, Michael Perez introduced the day’s presenters: Carrie Myers, Andre Arrington, and Clyde McGuire of Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
The presenters shared their vision for expanding Boys and Girls Clubs services into Beaumont as part of the organization’s national goal of increasing its reach from 4 million youth served annually to 6 million by 2030. They explained plans to establish a local presence within the next 12 months, initially serving approximately 100 children each day through programs focused on academic support, workforce development, character building, and youth leadership. The organization is currently in a discovery phase, meeting with community stakeholders and exploring potential locations, including the Alice Keith Park facility in south Beaumont. A founding committee is being assembled, with plans to establish a local board of directors and hire a CEO within the first nine months of development.
During the question-and-answer session, the presenters discussed volunteer opportunities, membership fees, and partnerships with local schools and community organizations. They emphasized that Boys and Girls Clubs are committed to serving all youth regardless of socioeconomic status and strive to keep family fees low by relying on community investment, fundraising, and donor support. The organization is seeking to raise approximately $2 million in startup capital and is looking for local champions to help build leadership, secure partnerships, and support fundraising efforts. Lee Potter concluded the meeting with announcements about an upcoming June 24 event at Edison Plaza honoring outgoing president Uliana and encouraged members to bring their blue tickets to help offset refreshment costs.
