ROTARY CLUB LEADERSHIP IN A MULTI-GENERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

I have been a Rotarian for 14 years and truly enjoy the Rotary culture.  I am the District Chair for Youth Services and get the privilege of working with our Rotary youth to help them fulfill their desires for personal growth and community service. I have been a YRYLA Senior Counselor, Rotary Advisor to an Interact Club and served as Club Secretary. I also served on the steering committee for the Peaceful Schools Program.

My day job is Leadership Igniting and Navigation.  I lead senior executive forums where I assist business owners, CEO's and senior leaders to help each other grow personally and professionally.

In addition, I own Northern Star Consulting, a Leadership Ignitor and Navigation Company. I have owned this business for 17 years and have been associated with Renaissance Executive Forums for 4 years.

One of my great pleasures is to share my knowledge and experience with others.

My talk is titled "Rotary Club Leadership in a Multi-Generational Environment"

We will discuss the challenges of club leadership and of recruiting new members.
