ROUTE 36: OHIO TO COLORADO - A JOURNEY ALONG AMERICA'S HEARTLAND HIGHWAY

Most Coloradans associate Route 36 with the “Denver-Boulder Turnpike.” In fact, Route 36 stretches over 1400 miles from the Appalachian Mountains to Estes Park, Colorado. Before the interstate highways, Route 36 was America’s main connection between the Midwest and the Rockies. Author Allan Ferguson will take us on a photo journey along an historic highway that we can still drive, mostly on peaceful two-lane roadways.
