The August 23, 2018 Chickasha Rotary Club meeting was called to order by Pres. John Gorton. The Rotarian of the Day was Mitch Williams who introduced Tim Hushbeck, the External Affairs Manager for PSO. Catering was provided by BJ's.

Tim Hushbeck has had an electrifying 30 year career with Public Service Company of Oklahoma, which is part of American Electric Power. Tim currently is the External Affairs Manager for PSO, but has also worked in the company’s, Marketing, Lobbying, Commercial Cooking, and Surge protection programs, after getting his start as a meter reader.
Tim has served on numerous boards all over the state and has headed the Chickasha and Lawton Chamber of Commerce board of directors, along with the Lawton United Way board. Tim currently serves on the Lawton Salvation Army board and the Elgin Economic Development board.
Tim and his wife Traci are both Oklahoma State University graduates. They have been married 32 years and enjoy traveling, concerts and shows along with spending time with their three dogs.
Tim enjoys working for a company that continues to evolve noting PSO started as the Peoples Ice Company, delivering ice door to door, to now looking for alternative ways to produce power to fill the customer needs in the future.
