Joe Molder is a high school computer applications teacher and defensive coordinator for the Fightin' Chicks. He graduated from Chickasha High School in 2003 and from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2008 with a degree in Business Education. He lived in Edmond, Oklahoma and worked at Legacy Bank from 2004 to 2012. He then decided it was time to come back home to pursue his passion for coaching football.
