Spirit of Rotary Award

During the recent Presidents Ball, President Andrea presented the "Spirit of Rotary Award" to Rotarian Karen Toombs.

Karen Toombs is a very good example of a Rotarian that illustrates Rotarians volunteering of their time on projects around the world.  Karen and her family are quick to volunteer and be involved in almost any worthy project.
