Worcester Rotary Club President Frank Doherty and Assistant Governor Valentine Callahan welcomed fellow Rotarians from the Bandey Hefler exchange program.
District Governor Doug Detweiler presented a 100 year certificate to Frank Doherty and the past Presidents of the Worcester Rotary Club.
State Senator Harriet Chandler passionately described the steps the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is employing to reform health care costs.
Thanks to his newlywed wife, Elaine Doherty, Frank Doherty was presented a Paul Harris award.
It's wonderful a community can come together and support so many worthy causes.
