The scheduled speaker cancelled, but we were fortunate to have Richard Hall, Ed's son, tell us about how he and Ed worked on the solar water pumping system that they brought to Haiti 8 or so years ago, and the ongoing importance of those pumps to farming, the local economy, and the Haitian's quality of life.
After the meeting, Bob and Ken were engaged in a lively discussion.
Royce Anderson and George Bernardin have scheduled a meeting on February 21, at 1:30 [after the club meeting] to discuss possible international service projects. All interested club members are invited to attend.
