He thanked Cheryl Marc for her work in publishing the high quality Worcester Rotary Club Newsletter.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
John Dowd collected Happy Dollars, and he will be the emcee for our fundraiser.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Our speaker was Michael Prager, a former journalist for the Boston Globe, who delivered a moving presentation, in which he described his difficult journey from being an overweight youngster to becoming a person who humbly recognized the importance of support from others in overcoming addictions.  His personal story and his perspectives on life are presented in his book "Fat Boy Thin Man."
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Also this weeks speaker will be Pete Brock. Pete is a former New England Patriot and current president or the New England Patriots Alumni Club (NEPAC). 

His organization will be helping us with our fundraiser by having Patriots Alumni at our fundraising dinner.
