Policy of Requests to fund service activities
Realizing that Rotary is an all-volunteer organization with a goal of servicing the local and global communities, and that often there are different thoughts on disbursing club funds, the following policy is needed to prevent confusion.
- All requests for funds from the club must be made IN ADVANCE to the service fund.
- If the service fund is not in good standing, a request must be made IN ADVANCE to the current
- Occasionally, a more immediate need may occur, in that case, a WRITTEN email or letter to the
President of the Rotary Club is needed to prevent any confusion.
