Valentine's Party at the Weston Golf Club. David & Pam Griffin from Chocolate Therapy in Framingham

Pam and David are originally from Chicago to Ohio and came to the Boston area to transfer from corporate America to try their hand at being chocolatiers in their own business called Chocolate Therapy located in Framingham. http://www.ctsweetremedies.com/

Their business handles everything from wholesale and retail, kids parties, wine tastings, and ice cream.

They gave samples of chocolates which were made with Belgian chocolate and were very delicious.

Our Valentine's party was great fun. Filet Mignon, chocolate mousse for dessert. Thanks to Chip Bradley for coordinating this large affair. Great job, Chip! Thank you to Jan Luchetti for being Event Chair.

Wednesday, March 15th - the Irish pub in Waltham, Garcia Brogans (http://waltham.garciabrogans.com/) corned beef and cabbage with our Rotary group from Waltham.

Need planning committee meetings for upcoming Pooch Parade.

Secretary, Eileen White

Dear Weston & Wayland Rotary,

Thank you to everyone for making the Valentines Dinner such a fantastic evening!  Your questions and engagement towards our Guest Speakers, David and Pam Griffin of Chocolate Therapy, were heartfelt.  We learned so much about their business, the process of making chocolate and how dark chocolate is such a great source of antioxidants to reduce certain health issues while promoting other health benefits through the addition of their therapeutic ingredients!

David and Pam Griffin duly noted your enthusiasm.  Here are a few of their comments. “Thank you so much for the invitation to speak at the Weston Wayland Rotary Valentine Dinner. It was a pleasure meeting all of you!  What a great group of people and a fun night!  We look forward to wonderful and long relationships as well and look forward to your visits to our shop.”

Thank you Chip Bradley for doing such a nice job of decorating the tables, to the beautiful fire in the fireplace and the thoughtfulness of the long stem roses for all, Bravo!
