Mary’s House
Every year for the past 15 years, the Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland has supported Mary’s House with holiday gifts. Mary’s house is a family shelter that provides temporary housing in central Waltham for up to four months for eight homeless families. Mary’s House has been providing housing and services for more than 30 years.
During this time, families work on issues relevant to homelessness and securing permanent housing with the help of staff and housing advocates. During the holiday season, members of the Weston and Wayland Rotary club purchase holiday gifts for every family member at Mary’s house. We collect these at our annual holiday party and deliver them to Mary’s house in time for Christmas.
