Rotary Meeting at MassBay | BYOD

We will meet at MassBay Community College, on the second floor in the Alumni Board Room, main building at 50 0akland Street, Wellesley MA 02481. You will probably find parking in the lot by the flagpole near the main entrance. There will be a security staff member at the front.

This event is BYOD – Bring Your Own Dinner from your favorite restaurant (which may be your home!). 

Guests coming to MassBay campus for any reason must be fully vaccinated. See rules below.

You have two options:

1. When you show up for the meeting, be sure to bring an ID and your vaccination card.

OR

2. To provide proof of vaccination in advance, 48 hours before your visit, please use the MassBay Guest Pass Form. Use the Form to upload a photo of your vaccination card. Once your Form and photo are reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with a green checkmark. You must show that green checkmark at the entrance to enter the MassBay facilities.
