Helping Hands Veterans Fund

Rotary would like to thank our guest speaker Rolland Cartier, Jr. Director of  Helping Hands Veterans Fund from Lowell. 
A Navy Vietnam veteran, Roland has long been known in the Greater Lowell, Massachusetts area as a community activist and advocate on behalf of the homeless and for veterans.  His background is in sales and management.  He is currently employed as a Veterans Specialist for Community Teamwork, Inc.  We have a simple mission: to give as many veterans as we can the gratitude and assistance they need and deserve as our resources will allow .
