Matt Ward addressed the club at it's weekly meeting about his passion to help business owners and employees to be successful.
  • Matt’s five points of being laser focused are:
  1. Know why.  Why are you doing this or taking action?
  2. Know the negative results of inaction.
  3. Face fear.  Fear is false expectations appearing real.  Stare it down long enough to make fear go away.
  4. Be proactive.  The quicker you take action the better.  To be proactive is to be successful.
  5. Accept failure.  Failing is not failure, refusing to try again is failure.
Matt recommends writing down what you’ve been procrastinating in the middle of a card.  Write the date of when it needs to be done in the upper right.  Then give the card to your “accountability partner” (someone other than family) who will check in to see if you’re making progress.  When things are written down we are 42% more likely to complete something.  To learn more visit: http://www.Breakthrough-Champion.com.
