Candidates Night Hosted by Littleton Rotary Club
Interested citizens of Littleton can meet and ask questions of candidates for town offices when the Rotary Club of Littleton presents Littleton Candidates Night on Wednesday, April 24 in Room 103 at the Town Offices starting at 7 p.m. All candidates for local office on the ballot have been invited. Town Moderator Tim Goddard will moderate the event.
The format of the evening will be:
- Each candidate will be given the opportunity to make a three minute opening and closing statement.
- The Moderator will ask written questions taken from the audience. The candidate to which the question is addressed will have three minutes to answer followed by a one minute rebuttal from the other candidates.
- Candidates that are not available that evening will have the opportunity to have a three-minute presentation read by the moderator.
The order of presentation will be:
1. Uncontested offices (3 minutes each)2. Park & Recreation
3. Library Trustees
4. Planning Board
5. School Committee
6. Light & Water Commissioners
7. Board of Selectmen
