The Rotary Club of Littleton will sponsor a candidate's night on April 20, 2021. The focus will be on candidates running in the three contested races: Select Board, School Committee and Board of Health.

ROTARY CLUB OF LITTLETON TO HOST VIRTUAL CANDIDATES’ NIGHT

The Rotary Club of Littleton will host a Candidates’ Night for individuals running for Littleton municipal offices in the May 8, 2021 Town elections.  Once again, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this will be a virtual event.  The Candidate’s Night will be held on Tuesday, April 20, at 7 p.m.   Tim Goddard, Town Moderator, will moderate the event.

This year there are three contested races in Littleton:

    Two candidates for one position on the Littleton Select Board:  Chuck DeCoste (incumbent) and Christine Nordhaus

….Three candidates for two positions on  the School Committee:  Justin McCarthy (incumbent), Jennifer Gold and Jennifer Ann Wilson

…. Three candidates for two positions on the Board of Health:  Kevin E. Baker (incumbent),   Louise C. Nichols (incumbent), and Daniel Kane

Every candidate for a contested position has been invited to participate in Candidates’ Night.  All residents are encouraged to email questions for the candidates to answer to steveglines@gmail.com by 4 p.m. Thursday, April 8.

Individuals running for uncontested positions have been invited to submit a brief written statement about their candidacy.

Littleton Town Elections will take place from 8.a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, at the Littleton High School Gymnasium, 56 KingStreet.
