The following was discussed at the Board Meeting:
- Nicaragua Water Project. Issues dealing with accountability that resources and moneys lead to results?
- Natalie Corrine Memorial Fund. Make a donation to Ruben Hoar Library via the Memorial Fund?
- Sava's Wheel Chair Crutches Project. Need to assign the project to Bill Perrine?
- Joel's last day serving breakfast. After he leaves club will need a new cook?
- Next Board Meeting will be 7pm Tuesday September 9th
Motions submitted and passed:
- Donate up to $500.00 to buy a telescope for the Littleton Library.
- To have Bill Perrine take over the medical devices from Savas Danos.
- Contribute $500.00 towards the 300th Birthday Rotary Float construction/deployment.
- Give a $100.00 gift to Joel for his services as a cook for our meetings. He is leaving us in two weeks.
- Contribute $500.00 towards the Masquerade Ball to cover expenses but, only after the sale of tickets.
- Open a separate Bank account to deposit District Grant Moneys granting account access to: Marc, John, Steve and Corrine.
