Danielle Bass, Community Relations Manager from the Better Business Bureau, spoke about Robo calls and Spam calls and how to avoid them.  The first rule is to Never give information to anyone who calls you unless you know them personally.  The second rule is to Never click on provided links or log onto a provided web site.  Third rule is to Never use simple passwords and Never use the same password on different accounts or sites.  Fourth rule is to Never use debit cards on line, only use credit cards on line.
