Hello Crafters and Artists,

Welcome to our Framingham Rotary Spring Craft Fair scheduled for April 6, 2024.  This event is the continuation of our 10 successful Spring Craft Fair events with over 100 crafters and artists and more than 1,000 attendees participating. The Spring Fair will be held in the spacious and centrally located Keefe Technical High School in Framingham.  Proceeds will benefit the Rotary Club’s mission to meet local needs through funding of services and projects and worldwide needs through support of Rotary International Humanitarian efforts.  The Framingham Rotary Spring Craft Fair is not a juried event but is intended for artists and crafters.  Artists and crafters with similar offerings will be reviewed and might be limited.  Register early as the Spring event was sold out.

 

Promotion:

Press releases will be sent to all area newspapers.  Lawn signs and  "A" frame signs will be placed around the city.  Over 300 flyers will be distributed by Club members.  Social media promotion will be undertaken and Club and District websites will be used to broadcast the event along with access cable stations.  Club members will undertake massive e-mail blasts through list server participation.

 

Event Rules and Regulations:

All vendor spots are assigned prior to the show.  No refunds or show credits.  Held rain or shine.  No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name-brand drinks, or bottled water.  No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs, or other similar items may be sold.  No pop guns, marshmallow guns, or other disruptive items may be sold.  Table and tablecloth or drape required.  Bring your own table and chair.  Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles.   No Early Packup allowed.  No Setup until your vehicle is fully unloaded and moved.  Vehicles must be parked in designated area.  Food is available on-site.

 

Standard Rules:

All work and displays must stay within the designated space.  No boxes, extra merchandise, or debris should be visible.  Spot areas must be kept clean throughout the event and left spotless afterward.  No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distributing material outside of the booth area.  Vendors are to supply their own tables and chairs and are expected to stay the entire day.  Management is not responsible for personal injury, loss due to theft, or damage to goods on the premises.  Vendors or participants will not hold the Rotary Club of Framingham or Keefe Technical High School responsible for damage or theft of any vendor or participant property or for any personal injury to vendors or participants.

 

Cost:

Registration fee is $90.00 for an approximate 10'x9' booth space, $115.00 for a corner space.  Some sites have electricity.  All sites are indoors and face a wide walkway.  Parking is free. Vendor setup starts at 8:00 am.
